Our professionals conduct thorough inspections, examining all major components such as HVAC, Foundation, Water Heaters, and roofs. They also test various appliances, your electric panel, plumbing, windows, and every other aspect of the house, leaving no stone unturned.

Their job is to find issues, major or minor, and inform you about them. Once you know about the issue, you can fix it or, in some cases, rule it out.

With this service, I or one of my partners will be at the inspection to hear firsthand from the inspector and provide professional advice on what needs to be addressed for your buyers.

Home inspections are priced based on the square footage of the home.

Pricing starts at $400 for up to 1400 Sq Ft and goes up $75 for every additional 500 Sq Ft.
